Is buying Discord votes legal and safe?

What about the 12-hour top.gg cooldown — how do you deliver lots of upvotes fast?
top.gg limits each Discord account to one upvote per server or bot every 12 hours, so a single account cannot upvote repeatedly. We deliver volume by spreading the order across a large pool of aged accounts, each casting one upvote from its own residential IP. A 1,000-upvote order draws on roughly 1,000 distinct accounts, which is why our aged-account pool size is the real constraint, not speed. Because each account is genuinely distinct, the upvotes look exactly like 1,000 separate real users voting — which is precisely what top.gg's ranking algorithm rewards. My poll or bump campaign closes in 2 hours — can you still help?
Often yes, depending on the surface. For native Discord polls and in-server bot polls, we can usually compress delivery of up to 1,000 votes into 30–90 minutes because there is no per-account cooldown on a single poll. For top.gg upvotes and Disboard bumps, the per-account cooldown caps how fast a campaign can move, so a 2-hour window limits volume to what our available fresh-cooldown accounts can cast. Do you need my server admin login or bot token?

What is your refund policy?
Full refund if we fail to deliver inside the agreed window. Proportional refund if the platform removes votes due to a platform-side issue (rare — fewer than 1 in 200 launch-period orders). How does top.gg detect duplicate or fake upvotes?
top.gg gates every upvote behind a Discord OAuth login, then de-duplicates by Discord account ID and IP address, with a fixed 12-hour cooldown per account per server or bot. Datacenter and known-VPN IP ranges are blocklisted, and freshly created accounts with no servers, no avatar, and no activity are weighted as low-trust. Our delivery uses aged Discord accounts (180+ days, with real server memberships and activity history) each casting from a unique residential IP through a fresh browser session, so every upvote passes the account-credibility, IP, and cooldown checks the same way an organic upvote does.
What is a Disboard bump and can you do it?
Disboard ranks servers in its public discovery directory partly by how recently and often they are "bumped" — a /bump command or button that refreshes a server's listing position, normally available every two hours per account. Can you vote on a native Discord poll inside my server?
Yes. Discord's native poll feature and bot-posted polls both record a vote when a member clicks an option, so our aged accounts join your server through the invite link and cast votes on the poll you specify. Tell us the channel and the poll message (or link to it) and the option you want supported. For polls restricted to members with a certain role, let us know the role requirement — we can usually satisfy it if the role is self-assignable, but role-gated polls that require manual admin approval need you to approve our accounts or temporarily relax the restriction.
