Often yes, depending on the surface. For native Discord polls and in-server bot polls, we can usually compress delivery of up to 1,000 votes into 30–90 minutes because there is no per-account cooldown on a single poll. For top.gg upvotes and Disboard bumps, the per-account cooldown caps how fast a campaign can move, so a 2-hour window limits volume to what our available fresh-cooldown accounts can cast. Do you need my server admin login or bot token?

What is your refund policy?

top.gg gates every upvote behind a Discord OAuth login, then de-duplicates by Discord account ID and IP address, with a fixed 12-hour cooldown per account per server or bot. Datacenter and known-VPN IP ranges are blocklisted, and freshly created accounts with no servers, no avatar, and no activity are weighted as low-trust. What is a Disboard bump and can you do it?
Disboard ranks servers in its public discovery directory partly by how recently and often they are "bumped" — a /bump command or button that refreshes a server's listing position, normally available every two hours per account.
