How do you make sure the same mobile number does not vote twice in the same episode?

How does voting work on Голос. Діти Україна?
During the live show and super-final phases of Голос. Діти on 1+1 channel, viewers vote for their favourite child contestant by sending an SMS from a Ukrainian mobile number to the shortcode announced on-screen, or by casting a vote in the 1+1 mobile app. One SMS vote per mobile number per episode and one app vote per registered account per broadcast session are allowed. The contestant in each coach's team with the highest audience total earns the automatic save for that episode; the coach makes the remaining decisions. Votes submitted after the window closes do not count, so timing relative to the broadcast is critical.
Which seasons and episodes of Голос. Діти do you cover?
We support live show and super-final voting for any current or upcoming Голос. Діти season on 1+1 channel. Because voting windows are episode-specific and time-limited to the broadcast, you need to share the episode date and schedule when ordering. For seasons that have already concluded and whose vote windows are closed, no service is possible — the broadcast window cannot be reopened.
How do you handle the 1+1 app vote component as well as SMS?
