What is the refund policy?
Full refund for any votes not delivered within the agreed timeframe, and a proportional refund if a platform removes delivered votes due to a technical issue outside our control. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of order completion. If we identify undeliverability during the free analysis before you pay, you of course pay nothing at all. In practice refunds are rare, because real human votes on residential IPs stay counted.
How does pricing work?
