Humane Society of Pinellas Calendar Contest: How Voting Works & How to Win

What is the Humane Society of Pinellas Calendar Contest and who runs it?

The Humane Society of Pinellas Calendar Contest is a pet photo calendar contest that the Humane Society of Pinellas runs in Florida. The organizer frames it as a chance for a pet to be featured in its calendar, and the entries and votes live on GoGo Photo Contest rather than on the society's own domain.

Program facts at a glance

The organizer and its calendar

The organizer's pages describe a calendar that features pets whose photos win public support, and they use the 2026 calendar name for the current run. The society's name sits on every page of the entry area, so it is the first point of contact for rules or eligibility questions.

What dates did the 2025 round publish?

The 2025 round printed two firm times. Entries were accepted until midnight Eastern Time on Sunday, September 21, 2025, and voting ended at 9:00 PM Eastern Time on Monday, September 22, 2025. Both dates fall in September 2025, which is the month the program's timing shows for that run. The entry deadline comes before the voting close, which gives supporters a clear order of events for that round.

The sources do not give the day the 2025 window opened, and the platform round dates for the 2026 edition are not published in the sources, so both stay open; confirm on the live ballot each cycle. A visitor checking the dates should compare the printed times with the entry area, because the times are stated there in full.

How does a supporter vote on an entry today?

A supporter opens a pet's entry page on GoGo Photo Contest and casts a public vote on that page. The contest pages invite people to share each entry, so sharing is the main outreach the organizer describes, and the vote itself stays on the platform.

Steps on the entry pages

No daily vote allowance is printed on the entry pages, so the per-person rule has to be read from the rules page. Rules and prizes sit one click from the entries in the same menu, which keeps the related pages together. For a general walkthrough of online voting outreach, see the get more votes online guide.

How does the Pinellas calendar sit beside other Florida ballots?

Florida has several Best of and readers' poll programs on this site, and each one runs under its own organizer and rules. The Pinellas calendar stands out because it is a pet calendar run by a humane society, which sets it apart from the awards-style names in the Florida group.

Two nearby examples show the range. The Best of Florida Awards ballot carries a statewide name, and the 2024 Best Buds Pin Up Paws Calendar Contest is a separate calendar program from an earlier year. Each one should be compared on its own organizer, platform and dates, and a visitor should start with the sponsor and the round year before comparing anything else.

How can a supporter help a pet get more votes in the Pinellas calendar?

The organizer's invitation is to take part in the public vote, and the only mechanic the sources describe is the vote on each entry page. Supporters who want wider reach can share the entry with friends and neighbors and read the broader outreach advice in the general guide on this site.

Paid vote services exist for many online ballots, and the buy votes online page explains that market in general terms. A paid option cannot promise any particular outcome on a public vote, and the contest rules decide what counts. Any outside help should be checked against those rules before it is used.
