What's the difference between your cheap tier and your premium votes?
The vote quality is the same on both — real people on unique residential IPs. The difference is the layer around the vote: premium uses bespoke hour-by-hour organic-curve pacing modelled to your specific audience plus single-country targeting and founder-managed fulfilment, while the budget tier uses lighter irregular-batch pacing and a shared multi-country residential pool. What is the refund policy?
Full refund for any votes not delivered within the agreed timeframe, and a proportional refund if a platform removes delivered votes due to a technical issue outside our control. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of completion. If we identify undeliverability during the free analysis before you pay, you pay nothing at all. The budget tier carries the same refund guarantee as every other tier.
How does the cheap pricing work across package sizes?
