The founder vets each order at intake — if a Doodle poll is a genuine private scheduling coordination or a protected decision process rather than an open contest ballot, we decline and refund.

Can I buy votes for my Doodle poll?

How are these votes different from bots?

How do you keep the participant names from looking fake?

On a poll targeted to a German audience the names read as plausibly German; on a US-targeted poll they read as plausibly American. We also vary the format — some entries use a full first name, some a first name and last initial, some a nickname — so the name column looks like the messy mix real participants produce rather than a uniform block. This is one of the details that separates a natural-looking Doodle grid from an obvious bot fill.

How much do Doodle votes cost?
Doodle votes cost between $0.06 and $0.08 each depending on package size — slightly below our poll-platform average because each Doodle entry is a single open-poll submission with no account step. The entry package is 100 votes for $7.99 ($0.08 each). The most popular tier is 1,000 for $74.99 ($0.075 each) with a 5% launch discount. Volume pricing scales to 22% off at 20,000 votes ($0.06 each). Doodle is one of our cheapest platform options because adding a participant row is lightweight and requires no sign-in on standard open polls.
What is your refund policy?
Full refund if we fail to deliver within the agreed window, and a proportional refund if Doodle removes participant rows due to a technical issue inside the seven-day retention window. Refund requests must be submitted within seven days of order completion. During our launch period the founder personally reviews every Doodle order before delivery begins, which keeps the refund rate below 1%. Refunds are processed within 24 hours to the original payment method — PayPal, card, or crypto.
What payment methods do you accept?

Will the poll organiser detect the bought votes?
On an open Doodle poll the organiser sees a grid of participant names and their selections, so the votes are visible as rows — but Doodle does not expose the IP address or device behind each row, and our delivery makes each row look like a normal participant. Each entry comes from a unique residential IP in a fresh browser session with cleared cookies, using a natural participant name rather than an obvious placeholder. Because the signals Doodle could use to cluster entries — IP and cookie — are handled, and the names read naturally, there is nothing in the grid that flags a row as bought. Retention sits at 100% across launch-tier volume so far.
My poll uses text options instead of dates — is that supported?
Yes. Doodle supports both classic date-grid polls (participants tick which dates work) and text-option polls (participants pick among named choices like "Logo A / Logo B / Logo C" or "Venue 1 / Venue 2"). Text-option polls are the more common contest-ballot format, and they are fully supported — each entry ticks the option you want with the variance you specify. Send us the poll link and tell us which option should lead, and we configure the selections accordingly. The mechanics are identical from our side regardless of whether the columns are dates or named choices.
Does Doodle require participants to register or sign in?
On a standard open poll, no — anyone with the participant link can add a row by entering a name and making selections, with no Doodle account required. That zero-friction entry is exactly why open Doodle polls are easy to fulfil and priced among our cheapest options. Some Doodle polls created on paid plans can be configured to require sign-in or to hide other participants' responses; if your poll uses one of those settings, tell us in the order notes and we will confirm feasibility before you pay, since a sign-in requirement changes the workflow and may carry a small surcharge.
Can the organiser delete the votes after the poll closes?
The organiser can manually delete any participant row at any time, the same as they could for an organic respondent — that is a normal Doodle control, not a fraud-detection action. In practice, on a busy contest-style poll with hundreds of rows, organisers rarely audit individual entries, and our rows read as natural participants among the rest. We hold a seven-day retention window, and if rows are removed by a Doodle technical issue inside that window we replace them free of charge. We cannot guarantee against an organiser manually deleting rows, but our pacing and natural names make our entries indistinguishable from the genuine ones around them.

Targeting & customisation

Can you target votes to a specific country or option?
Yes on both. Country targeting matters when your poll's audience is regional or the decision is meant to reflect a particular market — tell us "US only" or "Germany 60%, Austria 40%" in the order notes and we draw from matching residential IP pools, with participant names that read naturally for that locale. Option direction matters when you want a specific date or choice to win, specify the distribution, for example 70% of entries ticking option A and the rest spread across the others, and we cast accordingly while keeping enough variance that the grid does not look like one repeated row. Targeted orders may start a few hours later because the eligible pool is smaller.
How many votes should I order for my Doodle poll?
It depends on the current grid and your goal. For a fresh poll with a handful of rows, 100 to 250 votes gives your preferred option a clear lead while keeping the total plausible for the audience size. For a competitive ballot where another option is ahead, look at the current tallies and aim for a margin that holds through the deadline rather than a number wildly above the plausible turnout.
