Will the presenter or organiser be able to tell the votes were bought?

This sits in our mid pricing band because Mentimeter's voting-code entry plus optional unique-participant checks need fresh sessions and clean IPs, but no full social-account graph. Presentations with the stricter Enterprise unique-participant setting carry a small surcharge quoted after we review the code. What is your refund policy?
You get a full refund if we fail to deliver inside the agreed window. Can you boost a Mentimeter quiz-competition leaderboard?
Partially, and we are honest about the limits. Mentimeter's Quiz Competition mode scores each player on both correctness and answer speed, and players appear on a named leaderboard.
